Support [Venue name] — our local sponsorship page is live
Hi [community name], You've helped make [Venue name] what it is — now there's a new way to support us, and it doesn't ask anything of you. We just launched a sponsorship page on comcomm where local businesses can sponsor our [banners / scoreboards / programs / events] directly. Three tiers, transparent pricing, and 100% of the sponsor fee comes to us (minus a small platform fee). It's the same kind of community sponsorship you've seen for years — just with a real link people can click. Take a look: [your comcomm.net/v/your-slug URL] If you know a local business — a restaurant, real-estate agent, plumber, dentist — who'd benefit from being seen by our families every week, forward them this link. Every sponsorship goes directly to funding [field maintenance / scholarships / events / what your venue funds]. Thanks for being part of [Venue name]. [Your name] [Your role, e.g. PTA President] [Venue name]
Replace: [community name], [Venue name], [your comcomm.net URL], [Your name], [Your role], and the [banners / scoreboards / events] list with your actual placements.

Sponsor [Venue name] — your business in front of [audience size] local [families/customers]
Hi [Business owner name], I run [your role] at [Venue name] in [neighborhood], and I wanted to put a quick offer in front of you. We're now offering local sponsorship packages — your logo and name in front of [audience numbers, e.g. "800 families every week at school pickup" or "1,200 attendees at our Sunday games"]. It's the kind of repeated, in-person visibility that turns into real word-of-mouth. We have three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze is $[X] and includes [what bronze gets]. The full breakdown is here: → [your comcomm.net/v/your-slug URL] You can sponsor directly through the page — credit card, takes two minutes. Or just reply to this email and I'll talk you through any of it. Either way, thank you for everything you already do for our community. [Your name] [Your role] [Venue name] [Phone or email if different]
This is the most-used template — keep it warm. Reference something specific about their business in the opening if you know them.

Thank you from [Venue name] — sponsorship confirmed
Hi [Sponsor first name], Just wanted to say a quick thank you — your [Bronze/Silver/Gold] sponsorship of [Venue name] is confirmed, and it means a lot. Quick next steps: 1. Artwork: please send your logo (PNG or vector, ideally with transparent background) to this email by [deadline] so we can get everything printed/displayed on time. 2. We'll have [your placement, e.g. "the new banner above the meat counter"] up by [start date]. 3. I'll send you a photo once it's live so you can see it in place. A few of our families have already mentioned seeing the announcement and saying nice things about [Business name]. That's the whole point of community sponsorship and it's already working. If you have any questions or want to escalate to Silver/Gold mid-cycle, just hit reply. Thank you again, [Your name] [Venue name]
Personal note: mention something specific about their business if you can. People remember warm thank-yous.

It's been a year — renew your sponsorship of [Venue name]?
Hi [Sponsor first name], Hard to believe it's been a year since [Business name] became a [Bronze/Silver/Gold] sponsor of [Venue name]. Time for the question I love to ask: renew? Some quick context on what your sponsorship made possible this past year: - [Concrete win #1 — e.g. "We replaced the chain-link fence that needed it"] - [Concrete win #2 — e.g. "We added a new after-school program for 30 kids"] - [Optional third win] Same rate as last year — $[X]/[month or year]. Just reply "renew" and I'll send the new sponsorship link, or use the comcomm page directly: [URL] And if you've been wanting to upgrade to [next tier up], now's a great moment. Thanks again for [year one count] of partnership. [Your name] [Venue name]
The concrete wins are the most important part — measurable, specific impact converts way better than "thanks for your support."

A simpler way to manage sponsorships at [School/Venue name]
Hi [PTA leader name], I'm reaching out because I've built something specifically for PTAs, sports leagues, and community venues — and I think it could save you real time on sponsorship management. It's called comcomm. The short pitch: it's a platform where local businesses can directly sponsor your placements — banners, scoreboards, jerseys, newsletter ads — without you having to write a single fundraising letter. You set up your venue page once, list your tiers, and we handle artwork collection, payments, and renewal reminders. Three things that might make it interesting to you: 1. It's free to list. We only charge a 7% platform fee on completed bookings. 2. You can keep tiers private and share them only with your mailing list — for PTAs that don't want public exposure on tier pricing. 3. Your community's relationships still belong to you. We don't disintermediate — we just make the operations easier. A typical venue gets set up in 15 minutes. If you'd be open to a quick look, here's the demo: → https://comcomm.net/v/casa-de-carnes Happy to walk you through it on a 15-min call if useful. [Your name] [Your role at comcomm]
Personalise the opening. Reference their specific PTA, recent fundraiser, or mutual connection if you have one. Cold emails without personalisation get 1% reply rates; warm ones get 20%.

A smarter alternative to Google Ads for [Business name]
Hi [Business owner name], A quick observation: businesses like yours that spend $300–500/mo on Google Ads or Facebook Ads are paying to reach strangers. Sponsoring a local school or sports league for the same amount puts your name in front of the same families repeatedly, every week. I built a platform called comcomm specifically for this. It connects local businesses with community venues in [Miami-Dade] — schools, parks, PTAs, faith communities. Three reasons to take a look: 1. You buy the actual placement (a banner, a scoreboard, a uniform logo), not impressions. 2. Repetition with the same audience drives word-of-mouth — measurably better for local services. 3. Sponsorships are tax-deductible as marketing expenses. (Talk to your accountant; they're often more advantageous than digital ad spend.) Most placements start at $120/month. You can browse what's available in your neighborhood here: → https://comcomm.net Worth a look? [Your name]
"Stop burning cash on digital marketing that doesn't work" is our core promise — lean on it.

Welcome to comcomm — three things to do first
Hi [Venue name], Welcome to comcomm. You're now in front of every business in Miami-Dade looking for local sponsorship placements. Three things that take 15 minutes total and triple your inquiry rate: 1. Upload a cover photo and your logo. Profiles with images convert 5x better than text-only ones. Go to "✏️ Build your venue profile" in your dashboard. 2. Fill out the "Tell us about you" field. Paste your About page from your website if you have one — the first sentence becomes your tagline automatically. 3. Set your Bronze/Silver/Gold tiers. Even one tier with $120 and a description converts. You can also mark tiers private and share them with your mailing list only. When you're ready, share your venue page URL with your community: → https://comcomm.net/v/[your-slug] We also have email templates ready for you to send to your community and prospective sponsors: → https://comcomm.net/templates If you get stuck, just reply to this email.
